Dear Commissioners,
As a resident of Largo I feel that five years is long enough for a contract. It is only right that Largo residents and others have an opportunity to bid on the Contract to operate the Library Cafe, especially since Inspectors found many "Deficiencies regarding Dalel Mansour's operation of the Cafe.
Please allow this contract to go to an open bid that is fair for all.
