Tampa Bay Orchid Society Schedules Show and SaleThe Tampa Bay Orchid Society, Inc. (TBOS) will hold their 29th annual Orchid Show and Sale on April 2nd - 4th, at the Egypt Shrine Activities Center, 4050 Dana Shores Dr., Tampa. Doors will be open Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The show theme this year is "At Home With Orchids." The American Orchid Society will judge the show. Anyone wishing to submit orchids in flower for judging may enter their plants on Thursday, April 1, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 2, from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All awarded trophies and ribbons will be on display Saturday and Sunday. Orchid vendors will be offering beautiful orchids and orchid supplies for sale. There will also be a Grand Raffle, for which the winner will take home a beautiful artistic arrangement with live orchids. Orchid potting will be available, so bring your orchids that need to be re-potted. Admission is $5.00, and includes a raffle ticket toward daily drawings and a ticket toward the Grand Raffle. Admission is free to all TBOS members and to those joining the Society at the show. Parking is Free.
