Clearwater Audubon Hosts Bird Watching WalkThe Clearwater Audubon Society has scheduled a Moccasin Lake Nature Park Bird Watching Walk on Saturday, April 3, at 8:00 a.m. Please meet at Moccasin Nature Park, 2750 Park Trail Lane, Clearwater Please join the Clearwater Audubon Society in this wonderful Clearwater park to look for an incredible variety of songbirds, water birds, and raptors in this unique oak hammock. Even with this cold weather, anything is possible! This is an easy ¾ mile trail, and ideal for beginning and advanced birders alike. There are two large ponds, a stream, and a nature center which houses turtles and injured birds. Bring your binoculars and field guides if you have them! The cost for the walk is $2 for 3-12 years, and $3 for 13 years and up.
