Historical Society to Hear SpeakerLARGO - Scott Deitche, an author who has written five books, will be the speaker at the Largo Historical Society's meeting on May 10th. Deitche's topic will be "Organized Crime in the Tampa Bay Area." Two of his books are "Cigar City Mafia" and "The Silent Don." The Largo Historical Society meets on the second Monday of each month. The May 10th meeting will be held at the Cultural Center, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a potluck dinner. The speaker will begin at 7:15 p.m. There is no admission fee for this event.
