In the matter of the Petition for Adoption of Isabell Marie Chastain/Bradly Eugene Chastain. Lester/Charlene Chastain, Petitioner: In the Volusia County Courthouse: State of Florida: Case # 201030611FMCI to: Wendy Keri Chastain: You are hereby notified that a petition for adoption of the two said children, named Isabell Marie Chastain, born on October 14, 2000. And Bradly Eugene Chastain born on December 29, 2001, to Robert and Wendy Chastain was filed to the Volusia County Clerk of Court on March 09, 2010. The petition for Adoption alleges that your consent to the Adoption of the Children is not required because you have abandoned and deserted said Children for more than (6) years. If you seek to contest the adoption of said children, you must file a motion to contest the adoption in the above named court no later than 30 days after the date of service of this notice. If you do not file a motion to contest the adoption within (30) days after service of this notice to the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. Your consent to the adoption will be in irrevocably implied and you will lose the right to contest either the adoption or the validity of your implied consent to the adoption. No oral statement made to you relieves you or your obligation under this notice.
