RCS Food Bank Still Open During RenovationsBoth the RCS Food Bank parking lot and the exterior building are currently being renovated. The parking lot construction is made possible through the generous funding of a private donor, and the building construction through the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County. The front parking lot of the RCS Food Bank is inaccessible, and many participants are not coming for food because they believe that the RCS Food Bank is closed. RCS Food Bank would like to make everyone aware that they are open for service during construction, and that program participants should check the signs and use either the back or side door. Donations are also welcomed and appreciated. The hours of distribution are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; and Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The RCS Food Bank can be reached by calling (727) 443-4031.
