Clearwater to Host 2nd Annual Flag Day EventThe Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and the Clearwater Veterans Alliance (CVA) are hosting the 2nd Annual Flag Ceremony at Camp Soule (2201 Soule Road Clearwater) on Monday, June 14, at 11:30 a.m. There will be a picnic held, and hot dogs and hamburgers will be served. There will also be the ceremonial retirement of the older flag. Many different people are expected to be in attendance, such as: US Congressman Gus Bilirakis, Mayor Frank Hibbard, Cub Scouts, Sea Cadets, Navy League, Boys & Girls Clubs of North Greenwood, and VIP guests.
