Pinellas County Utilities is appealing to North County reclaimed water customers to voluntarily limit irrigation immediately. Minimal rainfall and overuse of reclaimed water in the area are stressing the available supply of reclaimed water. If current dry conditions and overuse continue, officials may have to implement mandatory restrictions in order for the system to recover.
