Area Residents Graduate from Mercer UniversityMACON, GA - The following local students graduated from Mercer University on May 15 during the University's Macon commencement. Mercer President, William D. Underwood, conferred the degree at the ceremony, which was the University's largest. In all, the University held 10 ceremonies in May in Macon and Atlanta and conferred approximately 1,600 Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees. Lauren Mary Kritsas of Belleair, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics. Nathaniel Matthew Towson of Indian Rocks Beach, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude from the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics. The ceremony included more than 2,700 attendees, and 516 participants from the College of Liberal Arts, Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics, School of Engineering, Tift College of Education, and Townsend School of Music.
