Clearwater Sail and Power Squadron Practices "Man Overboard" Training
Bob Etchells throws a Type IV PFD to a simulated man overboard during this training session. The Clearwater Sail and Power Squadron, which teaches boating safety, practiced "man overboard" training on June 12th to inform boaters on the correct procedures for bringing a person back to safety. Harry Bickford was the training instructor for this training session. Other personnel onboard also took turns practicing the rescue procedures.
