Safety Harbor Public Library Schedules Digital Photography WorkshopThe Safety Harbor Public Library announces a Digital Photography Workshop on Thursday, July 15, at 6:00 p.m. Professional photographer, Dennis Kelly, will be presenting this workshop. This workshop will discuss digital photography techniques, film versus digital technology, digital equipment, digital software versus the dark room, and basics elements of photography. Kelly exhibited widely throughout Florida and won numerous awards for his Florida landscapes. He also became well known for capturing the essence of competitive sailing in his photographs, many of which have appeared in national and international publications.
