SPCA Tampa Bay Schedules Christmas in July Puppy WorkshopDo you feel like a Scrooge because your sweet Frosty, Noel, or Rudolph puppy has started behaving badly? During their first year of life, puppies go through many changes, including a rowdy and rebellious stage between 6-9 months that can frustrate the best of any pet parent. To bring the cheer back to puppy pet owner homes, SPCA Tampa Bay is offering two Christmas in July Puppy Workshops to help with unruly canine companions. Christmas in July Puppy Workshops will be held on Saturday, July 10, at 11:30 a.m. in the Education Building, SPCA Tampa Bay; or Sunday, July 11, at 11:30 a.m. in the Education Building, SPCA Tampa Bay. These classes will help pet parents overcome their puppies' naughty behaviors like nipping and chewing, how to successfully housetrain their little canine companion, and much more. Both classes will also have a visit from Santa Dog to remind puppies to be good year round! The cost for either class is $10 for the public and free of charge for SPCA Tampa Bay adopters. Puppies up to 1 year are invited to attend, and must have their up to date vaccinations. To sign up for either class, participants must sign up online at www.spcatampabay.org.
