Become an Advocate for Abused ChildrenBe the voice for abused children! Make a life long difference for an abused and neglected child. A Guardian ad Litem works with a professional staff and an attorney to ensure that a child has a safe, caring, and stable environment. The next training will be August 3rd to September 1st at the Pinellas Criminal Justice Center (14250 49th St. N., Clearwater.) Hundreds of volunteer Guardians ad Litem are urgently needed to be a child's voice in court and the child welfare system. The average time needed is six to ten hours a month.
