SPCA Tampa Bay Offers 25 Free Cat Spay/NeutersIn recognition of National Homeless Animals Day, SPCA Tampa Bay is offering 25 free cat/spay neuter surgeries at the shelter on Saturday, August 21, for families or individuals on limited income. Up to two family cats can be signed up for the service. Cat owners must register in person at SPCA Tampa Bay on Tuesday, August 17, between 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Applicants must bring their Form 1040 to be considered for this free service.
