Leslie Family Children's Foundation Sponsors Fishing TournamentThe Leslie Family Children's Foundation is trying to build a home for Foster Children who are transitioning from Foster Care into the real world. They already have the property and the drawings, and they are trying to raise money to build the facility. The Leslie Family Children's Foundation Charity Fishing Tournament is being held at Jimmy Guana's (401 2nd. Street, Indian Rocks Beach.) The Captains Meeting and Party will be held on Friday, September 24, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. The start for fishing is at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, September 25, and weigh-ins are Saturday, September 25, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., with awards from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. There are prizes and payouts for both inshore and offshore with 1st through 3rd place winners. There is an entry fee of $250.00 per vessel. You can also become a Gold sponsor for $1,000 or Platinum for $2,500, both of which include tournament T-shirts.
