Paint a Colorful Artistic Cat and Raise Money for SPOTStop Pet Overpopulation Together (SPOT) is hosting Art with a Twist, a unique fundraiser that is a fun way to raise money and create a beautiful painting. SPOT is raising money for Operation Cat Fix, to spay and neuter feral cats. SPOT's new campaign helps unowned cats have a chance to get fixed before two turn into twenty-four. The fundraiser is Sunday, September 19, from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Art with a Twist (2527 Central Ave., St. Petersburg.)
