Calling All Garage BandsThe Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the "Battle of the Garage Bands" on Saturday, October 9, at Craig Park in Tarpon Springs beginning at 2:00 p.m., and is looking for Garage Bands to compete in the event for cash prizes. If you have a Garage Band or know of a Garage Bands that plays '60's and '70's music for fun and parties, they can contact Event Chairman Tony Tartaglia at (727) 697-1065 to participate. The day will also include vendors of all venues and sponsorships are also available.
