Largo Historical Society Schedules MeetingThe Largo Historical Society will hold a meeting on Monday, October 11, 6:30 p.m., at the Historic Largo Feed Store in beautiful Largo Central Park. There will be a potluck supper immediately following the meeting. The meeting's speaker will be Officer Rayshall Poinsette of the Largo Police Department. He is a distinguished member of the Largo Police Department, a friend of the good folks, and a determined foe of those who would take advantage of the good citizens of Largo. It seems as if everyday yet another citizen is falling victim to a scam, especially the elderly and those who are most easily taken advantage of. Officer Poinsette will talk about scams, vice, and what to watch out for.
