Anthony Telesca Foundation Honors Local SRO with Award

The Anthony Telesca Foundation and Knology recently presented School Resource Officer (SRO) John Cavaliere of Countryside High School with $1,000 for use with Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD). This award was based on a competition between Countryside, East Lake, and Clearwater High Schools to encourage the most students to view a teenager safe driving website and complete a safe driving questionnaire. The Anthony Telesca Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with public safety and law enforcement officials, high school districts, and community business leaders to help educate and encourage teenagers to drive safe.
